Rights of Organization Members at a Glance

Section 2 - Meetings.
A. There shall be regular Board meetings during the school year and basketball season, and as needed during off season and non-school year periods, to plan for events and business that may come before Members.
B. There shall be an annual parent/guardian meeting to inform about upcoming events and/or business, and to discuss needed volunteers.
C. Meeting dates and times will be posted on the team calendar which is posted on the team website.

Records Request Process

Per the above bylaws, Article VI - Financial, Section F. 

Inspection of Records: Any person who is a member of the Organization shall have the right, for any proper purpose, to request to examine the relevant books and records of general accounts, minutes and records of the Organization. This request shall be made in writing and the Treasurer will respond within 10 days.
